All initial fees are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the initial move date. If you choose to reschedule a move, once it has been confirmed with us, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

 

The initial fee is to reserve your move. It does NOT go towards the first hour. This fee is a standalone fee.

All hourly-based jobs will begin once the movers arrive at your starting location.
